"Take Over" is a feature giving you the opportunity to pre-define a series of actions in case of a website failure, to designate third party contacts, and to provide our Customer support with specific, step-by-step instructions of what you would like to be done while you and your IT team is away. There is a nominal monthly fee to have this feature enabled per target, and a minor "per event" operational and communications cost, as well.
