 Poetry.com encountered big problems today. Our system registered almost 44% downtime for the whole day. Their problems started at midnight with their server returning a "500 - Internal Server Error" and a message "We encountered an unrecoverable error" on their home page. The site recovered 8 hours later, marking the biggest downtime for our Valentine's Day 2010 Retail Monitoring campaign. - February 10, 2010 The worst performer for the day was macys.com Their problems started after 8 P.M. initially with some "Timeout" errors and slower than normal load of their web site. Later, at 11 P.M. their checkout page started to return an "403 - Forbidden" page with a message "Access Denied- You don't have permission to access "http://failprod.macys.com/siteunavailable.html" on this server."The site recovered at the early hours of the next day.
