Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to inform you that all services from our monitoring locations in Singapore and Hong Kong have been restored as of January 2nd, 2007, 14:00 EST. Although a little bit slower, the network infrastructure in the region seems to be restored and functioning without noticeable problems.
For those who have missed our previous announcement, telecommunications around Asia were disrupted on December 27th, 2006, after an earthquake off of Taiwan damaged undersea cables, jamming Internet services and cutting off phone lines. The quake disrupted services in Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan.
If you use any of the affected monitoring locations in your account and notice something abnormal, please contact us 24/7 at Toll Free 1-888-WSPULSE (International: 1-407-380-1600) or by email and we will take care of the issue ASAP.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
