WebSitePulse Monitoring Service Emergency Update

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that telecommunications around Asia were disrupted earlier today, after an earthquake off of Taiwan damaged undersea cables, jamming Internet services and cutting off phone lines. The quake disrupted services in Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan and Internet traffic is still slow and unreliable.

To avoid reporting false alert and slower response times all monitoring tests from our locations in Singapore and Hong Kong have been re-routed to our locations in Australia and New Zealand. We are working closely with our Internet providers at those locations and once the traffic is restored to normal levels we will revert the monitoring services to their original state. Hopefully everything should be back to normal in the next few hours.

We will keep you informed of any further developement of the current situation and we will notify you once all connectivity issues have been resolved and the monitoring locations are back to their normal status.
