Hallmark.com website closed the door in front of last minute Valentine's Day shoppers
Hallmark.com website was working fine up until 8:30 this morning. Right around this time the site stopped responding to most requests and most of the time was returning "Page Not Found" message to all its visitors. At 11:30, either the visitor requests dropped down, or additional resources were provided to support the website and its infrastructure, and as a result the home page was accessible and visitors were able to send e-cards. As of this moment shopping on the website is not possible and we continue to closely monitor the issue. Once we have more information, updates will be posted here.
UPDATE: The normal operation of the shopping engine at Hallmark resumed at 6:30pm EST.
