RMTP / Real Time Messaging Protocol


Real Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP) is a protocol developed by Adobe Systems and is used by the Flash Player to deliver real time objects, video, and audio to clients using a binary TCP connection or polling HTTP tunnel.
