2021 Valentine's Day Report Highlights

• February 10, 2021 - Temporal problems for vermontteddybear.com The day was marked with a temporal dysfunction of the checkout process of vermonteddybear.com. The website was active, the product page was active, but our monitoring agent was not able to add the requested product in the cart, leaving the cart empty. The problem was confirmed manually by two specialists at WebSitePulse, and disappeared 30 minutes later when we decided to re-run the process using another product. However, we decided to keep it as downtime, because the website was not working properly for the particular product that we tested.
