Downtime
WebSitePulse will calculate the downtime of a monitored target from the exact time when the failure was first detected until the confirmed target recovery. This value will be added to your uptime statistics and if configured you can receive it with your recovery messages.
In the alerts that are sent before the recovery an estimated downtime value will be displayed which is calculated from the multiplication of the number of consecutive failures and the monitoring frequency (in minutes) for the selected target.
