Advanced Target Types


The Advanced monitoring types will test the availability of the montiored target and whether it is responding properly to protocol specific requests. Currently you can choose between the following advanced target types:

HTTP advanced - monitors HTTP server availability and tests the servers response status;
HTTPS advanced - monitors HTTPS server availability and tests the servers response status;
POP3 advanced - monitors POP3 port availability and tests whether a user can login to the POP3 server;
SMTP advanced - monitors the status of a SMTP server;
IMAP advanced - monitors IMAP port availability and tests whether a user can login to the IMAP server;
DNS advanced - tests whether your DNS server is responding porperly to DNS requests;
RTSP advanced - tests whether your RTSP server is responding porperly to DESCRIBE requests;
SIP advanced - tests your SIP server availability and whether a session can be registered;
MySQL advanced - tests whether your MySQL server is responding porperly;
MS SQL advanced - tests whether your MS SQL server is responding porperly;
Custom port - will check any UDP or TCP port availability.
